So here we are in the bahamas it was a rainy day and pretty sucky but we had to let her see the beach. She did like to eat the sand.

First nap at sea

It took forever to get on the ship and then when we got on we couldn't get into our rooms for a couple of hours so we snuck into the theater so that Maddie could take a nap.

So we drove down to Orlando a day early and stayed at a great hotel the radisson in Cape Canaveral. They had a beautiful pool that we took advantage of as soon as we drove up. Here is Maddie and Daddy in the pool.

Hello everyone sorry it has been so long. We have been back from vacation for about a week now and are almost back on track. We went on our first cruise with the baby.So here are a few pics from our trip it was wonderful!!!

I took this one today. She had crawled to the back door and then pulled herself up to look outside. We are soo ready for springtime. So we can go outside and play.

8 Months Old

Here is Maddie at 8 months old!!! Can't keep her down anymore. I cant believe she is 8 months old. She can now crawl, clap, and she responds to her name. It is the only way to get her to stop in her tracks you just say her name and she turns around and looks at you.

Kayne

This is Maddie's new favorite ride... Kayne. Haha. She laughs the whole time and they go around the whole house.

I am now a true stay at home mom: I now watch Regis and Kelly every morning and I have entered Maddie in their Beautiful Baby contest. This is the picture that I sent into them. Everyone please root for us. If she wins she will be on the cover of Parenting Magizine and get $125,000 for her college education!!! What a blessing that would be!!

Playtime

Playtime is anytime Madison is awake now. This is where we spend all of our time now- on the floor, everyday all day. My body can't take it much longer. But we have been practicing our standing and we are trying really hard to crawl- she can army crawl now but its backwards. haha it is hilarious! If I can ever figure out how to put video on here I will post it.

Ok I just realized that I never put up Maddies 6 month pic and stats. sorry. Here it is in front of our xmas tree. Ok at her 6 month apt. her weight was 13 lbs. 8 oz. height was 26 in. And I will have to do this again soon since she is almost 7 months but oh well.

look at my beautiful baby!! We went to the airtran xmas party to go see Santa.But the party was in a hanger and it was freezing that day so we didnt stay to see him but thats ok we still had fun!!

Thanksgiving

Hi everyone I am so sorry it has been so long!!! We have our first tooth and it is exhausting!! So I am going to try and catch everyone up. Here is a pic from thanksgiving down in Florida. We met some new friends Don and Ruth Steen from Canada.

big girl bath!!

Here she is in the big girl bath for the first time. She is free of the that little baby tub!! yay!! She loves playing in the water.

We have a sitter!!!

She is now officially sitting on her own now!!! I can't believe it! She is really trying to do the whole crawling thing but she gets really frustrated with herself. But she is loving the independence, She just sits in the floor with all her toys and has a ball!!
